DPS Historical Museum and Research Center

 

The DPS Museum is located in the lobby of DPS headquarters at:

5805 N. Lamar Blvd. in Austin, Texas.

There is no entrance fee. The museum is self guided and hours of operation are

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Museum is an all-volunteer organization. The goal of the organization is to establish and maintain a museum and research center dedicated to all law enforcement personnel.

 All contributions are gratefully accepted and will qualify for a tax deduction to the extent allowed by law. No telephone solicitations will ever be made and 100 percent of all funds received are used for the direct support of the museum.
