Our theme this year is “Picture Yourself in Their Boots.” Chronicle your exploration of TXDPS state of the art law enforcement equipment at “selfie stations.” Wear the gear of a DPS trooper from the past at the vintage trooper, “selfie station.” Meet DPS SWAT, Police dogs, Mounted Patrol, and DPS Motorcycle Unit. Explore the Crime Lab station, the DPS helicopter, plus more at DPS Headquarters, 5805 N. Lamar Blvd., Austin, TX 78752 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Sunday, September 23, 2018.
